Moped Leak In Exhaust What Causes Irregular Idle Speed?
What causes irregular idle speed? - moped leak in exhaust
I have a Yamaha motorcycle DT50R 2007, the following changes:
Hebo Manston Replica 80cc Cylinder
Dellorto 19mm Carb (PHBG19)
19-21mm Hebo Reed valve
Handmade Leovinci V6 Exhaust
I had problems with idling, the bike always happens kinetic effects (off slowly), emergency braking, speed bumps, idling drastically reduced, and in the worst case the engine stops. When I do a stoppie train at a red light is switched off the engine normally. The idle screw has little or no effect when the engine is hot, has a dramatic effect, if I start the engine and cold. If the wheel is left idle for a few minutes time (1 or more) is usually automatically after a short time.
No idea what cOuld cause. The air that I have suggested, might incorrectly within the engine, but found no leaks.

Faulty fuel gauge in the float bowl.
All the scenarios you have described, would throw the bike forward or backwards - the tendency of the carbohydrates in a corner.
This would indeed the level of fuel in the float, and Cuba at the time of fuel engines.
Carbohydrates, you have installed, you may not have sufficient capacity to contain the fuel for the engine requirements.
Try the height of the float.
Typically, a suction or vacuum leak, check the seals in the mods.
Check the pressure needed to operate optimally with respect to the flight.
Or perhaps a problem with the extraction of fuel by the description of the behavior on the bumps, and inactivity in children, where the fuel is disturbed or there is less demand.
Get the best spark plug who can.
He also sought a premium octane fuel? It makes a difference is HI-octane Sunoco.
After you made the mods, changed the angle of the assembly compared with the original carbohydrate. When carbohydrates are made to a wrong angle, float in the carburetor is not working properly, and close the float valve when the bike makes sudden movements, deliveries of fuel into the cylinder.
