I do not use memory to add hard drive to Xbox, I just want to know if I can stream it to my movies / music use on the hard disk on my TV.

Yes you can. Attach the drive to connect to PC and connect the PC to the Xbox. Go to the Xbox and theres a section called Network. Here you can see things on the PC, including the cave.
You can connect your Xbox to TV and movies.
You know, you can only see movies and listen to music on your computer, much easier.
